Step 1: Download the file from below url
Download Window Photo Viewer Registry
Step 2: Unzip the file using winrar
Step 3: Run "Activate Windows Photo Viewer on Windows 10.reg" file and click ok.
After running registry file window photo viewer will be restored in window 10.
Step 4: Right click any picture and select open with (choose another app) option.
Step 5: Then select Windows Photo Viewer from list and make it default app to open pictures.
